🕐 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Project & Administration Coordinator to join our client’s team in Hastings. This is a varied role combining project coordination, office administration, stakeholder communication and health & safety responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, tasks and documentation using project management software.
- Liaise with subcontractors and communicate project updates to the wider team.
- Maintain accurate document control and track RFIs and project documentation.
- Support quality assurance processes and ensure records are kept up to date.
- Provide general office administration, including ordering supplies, tracking stock deliveries, booking appointments and answering phones.
- Conduct health and safety audits and support compliance across projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Assist with general project and administrative tasks as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in project coordination, administration or a similar role.
- Confident using project management or administrative software, with Nexvia experience preferred.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders.
- Health and safety conscious with an understanding of workplace compliance.
- Legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
