Process Operator

We are currently seeking temporary Process Operators to join a busy manufacturing business for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with and operating rotary die cutting machines
• Monitoring machine performance and product quality
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
• Working collaboratively within a fast-paced production team

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible with working hours and shift changes if required
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred
