Pay: $26 – $35 per hour depending on experience

Role Summary:

We are seeking Painters to join a busy and supportive team. Experienced painters are encouraged to apply; however, we are also open to candidates from construction, labouring, and other practical industries who are looking to transition into the painting trade.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a long-term career in painting. For the right candidate, a painting apprenticeship may be available, providing the chance to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised trade qualification.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, a willingness to learn, and pride in delivering quality work.

This is a full-time opportunity with a business that values and supports its team. Flexibility is essential, as the role may include out-of-town projects.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Perform brush and roller work.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including filling gaps and sanding.
• Clean work sites and equipment, gather tools and materials.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Travel to different project locations as required by the contractor.
• Out of town travel.

• Proven experience with brush and roller painting techniques.
• Ability to perform brush and roller work to a high standard.
• Consistent ability to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Solid and dependable work history in the painting industry.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable transportation and a positive attitude towards work.
• Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in all work environments.
• Able to provide two work references from similar roles.
