Merchandiser

Zeagold is one of New Zealand’s leading egg producers, supplying high-quality eggs to supermarkets across the country. We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Merchandiser to join our team, servicing the Silverdale area.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for maintaining excellent in-store presentation of Zeagold products. You’ll be travelling between supermarkets, ensuring stock is well presented, rotated correctly, and compliant with best-before date requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving between assigned supermarkets across the Hutt Valley
• Rotating stock and ensuring correct product placement
• Monitoring and managing best-before dates
• Maintaining clean, tidy, and well-stocked displays
• Building positive relationships with store staff
• Following food safety and health & safety standards

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be:

• Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently
• Physically capable of light lifting and repetitive tasks
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on presentation
• Confident driving between multiple locations

What You’ll Need

• Full, clean New Zealand driver licence
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Previous merchandising, retail, or grocery

• Monday to Friday - 27 hours per week with consistent, regular shifts worked between the hours of 6am - 1pm.
