Lead, Data Migration

12-month contract | Wellington

We’re looking for an experienced Lead for Data Migration to support a large-scale transformation programme.

The role

• Lead the data migration workstream from planning through to go-live.
• Oversee data extraction, cleansing, mapping, transformation and validation.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and ready for migration.
• Lead data reconciliation and paralleltesting.
• Work closely with payroll, HR, technology, business and implementation teams.
• Manage migration risks, issues, dependencies and readiness.

About you

• Experience leading data migration projects/workstreams.
• Strong background in payroll, HRIS, ERP or enterprise systems.
• Experience with data cleansing, mapping, validation and reconciliation.
• Comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Valid unrestricted NZ work rights
