Adecco has partnered with a variety of local companies who are on the lookout for Financial/Administrative support.


There are multiple roles from part-time to fixed terms contracts available.

Skills Typically Required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE, MYOB, Xero).
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines.

The role helps ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of financial processes while supporting managers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Create, verify, and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and databases.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and expense management.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and payments.
  • Prepare financial documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding financial queries.
  • Process employee expenses and reimbursement claims.
  • Maintain filing systems and audit-ready financial records.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking activities.
  • Support payroll administration where required.
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve financial data issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to finance and operational teams.
