Excavator / Digger Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator / Digger Operator to join a well-established civil construction team working on a variety of footpath, kerb, and concrete infrastructure projects. What We're Looking For

• Proven experience operating excavators/diggers in civil construction environments
• Previous experience working on footpath, kerb, concrete, or roading projects
• WTR endorsements and relevant licences preferred
• Strong understanding of safe excavation practices
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship

About the Role

You will be operating excavators and other machinery on footpath and kerb construction projects, working closely with site crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating excavators for footpath and kerb preparation works
• Excavating, trimming, and backfilling to specification
• Assisting with drainage and civil construction activities as required
• Reading and working from site plans and set-out information
• Conducting daily machine checks and maintenance
• Maintaining a strong focus on health and safety standards
