Drivers & Operators

We’re looking for experienced Drivers and Operators with WTR that can operate diggers, excavators, and heavy equipment with confidence and care. If you're safety‑minded, reliable, and love working outdoors on diverse civil projects, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving and operating diggers, excavators, and other civil machinery
• Driving to, from, and around civil construction sites (Class 1 essential; Class 2 an advantage)
• A bit of labour involved
• Assisting with earthworks, trenching, backfilling, and site preparation
• Working closely with onsite teams
• Following all safety protocols and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating diggers, excavators, or similar civil machinery
• W, T, R endorsements – essential
• Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 or above a bonus)
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid right to work in New Zealand
