Experienced Drainlayers / Foreman

Join a leading civil construction team and work on major infrastructure projects across the region.

We're looking for experienced Drainlayers to join a busy and growing team. This role will suit experienced Drainlayers, Leading Hands, or Foremen looking for long-term work and opportunities to step into leadership responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Installing stormwater, wastewater, and sewer infrastructure
• Reading and interpreting plans
• Leading small crews and coordinating daily site activities
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to specification
• Working alongside supervisors, operators, and project teams

What we're looking for:

• Proven drainage experience in the civil construction industry
• Qualified or Certified Drainlayer preferred, but not essential
• Ability to lead crews or mentor junior staff
• Class 2 licence preferred
• WTR endorsements preferred
• Connexis Level 4 Water Reticulation certification highly regarded
• Strong health & safety focus and a positive attitude
