Class 2, 4 & 5 Feeder Driver – Micro Surfacing Crew

Are you a Class 2, 4 or 5 Driver looking for a rewarding career in the civil construction industry?

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Feeder Driver to join our specialist Micro Surfacing Crew, delivering road maintenance projects across the Waikato and throughout New Zealand. This is more than just a driving role—you'll be an integral part of a close-knit team working on critical infrastructure projects.

About the Role

Working alongside the Foreman and Loadmaster, you'll:

• Operate feeder trucks safely and efficiently.
• Load and transfer emulsion, liquids and aggregates.
• Connect feeder trucks to the micro paver during paving operations.
• Prepare, clean and maintain trucks and equipment.
• Assist the ground crew with general labouring duties.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and follow all Health & Safety procedures.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• A Full NZ Class 2, 4 or 5 Driver Licence (Class 5 preferred).
• Wheels, Tracks & Rollers (WTR) endorsements.
• Previous experience in civil construction, roading, transport or heavy machinery.
• A strong commitment to Health & Safety.
• A positive attitude, reliability and excellent teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home.

Important Information

This role requires regular travel and working away from home, sometimes for several weeks at a time. Weekend work, including Sundays, may be required.
