Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Workday Studio Integration Developer to join the Software Engineering team. You will collaborate on the role, working closely with integration leads and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations.

Required Skills

• Workday Studio – Expert (P4).
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration development.
• Experience working with Workday Studio and other Workday integration types.
• Strong understanding of integration development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience with tenant migration and post-go-live support.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Agile methodology experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in Workday Studio development and integrations.
• Understand work items related to Workday Studio and other Workday integrations as part of Agile sprints.
• Estimate work effort and provide appropriate explanations for estimated hours.
• Analyze, design, develop, and test assigned integration items within agreed timelines.
• Conduct peer reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
• Identify and communicate dependencies and blockers to Integration Leads.
• Support migration of code components across different Workday tenants and perform sanity checks.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand field mappings and other integration dependencies.
• Provide technical support for delivered integrations during the post-go-live support period.
• Work effectively within an Agile methodology
