Trainer

Location: Menara Merdeka 118, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM2500- 3500

Working Hours: Retail Hours (Shift-Based)

Off Days: 2 Days Per Week

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Business, Retail, Tourism, or a related field.

Experience

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience.
• Internship or part-time retail experience will be considered.
• Experience in tourism, lifestyle, or cultural retail is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic POS operation and cash handling skills.
• Good customer service and communication abilities.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Exposure to merchandising or visual displays is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service and sales support.
• Operate POS systems and process cash/e-payment transactions.
• Assist customers with product selection and basic product information.
• Support stock receiving, tagging, restocking, and merchandise organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the retail space.
• Assist during promotions, campaigns, and retail events.
• Escalate POS, stock, or customer service issues to supervisors.
