Salary: Basic up to RM 14,000 (Based on experience + skills) + statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (Angular & Node.js) to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade software applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular development, strong experience with Node.js, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, convert business requirements into technical solutions, and play a key role in driving engineering excellence across the team. You will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software applications and components.
• Build responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications using Angular and Node.js technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient code following established engineering standards and best practices.
• Participate in application design, solution architecture, and technical decision-making processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance functionality, scalability, and user experience.
• Contribute actively during Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Mentor and support junior developers through knowledge sharing, coaching, and best practice guidance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and modern software engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on web application development.
• Expert-level proficiency in Angular (Angular UI).
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Node.js.
• Experience with custom application development and enterprise application environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API-driven development.
• Experience mentoring or leading development teams.
