Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Actimize Developer with 6-9 years of experience to support and enhance AML Transaction Monitoring solutions within the Compliance Technology environment. The role focuses on development, production support, technical troubleshooting, data integration, and issue resolution across the Actimize AML monitoring platform.

Required Skills:

• Mandatory 6-9 years of experience in application development, production support, or technical analysis within Banking/BFSI

• Strong hands-on experience with Actimize Transaction Monitoring solutions

• Mandatory expertise in RCM/ActOne, SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring), and UDM (Universal Data Model)

• Strong troubleshooting, problem analysis, and root cause analysis skills

• Experience independently investigating and resolving complex production issues

• Strong understanding of data integration, upstream/downstream systems, report generation, and data reconciliation

• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases

• Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency

• Strong Shell Scripting experience using KSH, Perl, or similar

• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including Solaris, Red Hat Linux, and/or AIX

• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

• Experience supporting complex production environments

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Java development experience

• Python scripting and automation

• PL/SQL development and optimization

• Knowledge of AML compliance and financial crime monitoring

• Experience with enterprise application support and production incident management

• Familiarity with ITIL and change management practices

• Exposure to regulatory reporting and Compliance Technology solutions

• Develop, maintain, and support AML Transaction Monitoring applications using the Actimize platform

• Provide technical expertise across RCM/ActOne, SAM, and UDM modules

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and independently resolve application and data-related issues before engaging vendors

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Support data integration processes involving upstream and downstream systems

• Support report generation and data reconciliation activities

• Develop and maintain Shell scripts for operational support, automation, and monitoring

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and report extraction

• Work with Oracle databases for application support and data analysis

• Collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, and vendors for enhancements and production support

• Participate in application deployment, testing, release management, and production support activities

• Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with AML monitoring requirements

• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories
