Job Summary

SAP QM Functional Consultant | SAP S/4HANA Rollout

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Functional Consultant to join our Business & Technology Integration Team and contribute to the G-ASP SAP S/4HANA Rollout Project, a global leader in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, renowned for its innovative medical solutions and diagnostics.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multinational environment, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive successful SAP transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of SAP consulting experience
• Strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) and solid exposure to SAP Material Management (MM)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory
• Strong understanding of:
  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Business process analysis and design
  • Data and usability analysis
  • Cross-functional integrations and dependencies
• In-depth knowledge of Material Management processes and related integration points
• Understanding of enterprise architectural frameworks and connected business portfolios/interfaces
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and ALM methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technology leaders up to Director level
• Excellent problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and communication abilities
• Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements
• Prior experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership and accountability for successful project delivery
• Deliver both business and IT outcomes within the project scope
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design future-state (To-Be) processes
• Support project scoping activities and develop functional specifications
• Configure SAP solutions and maintain documentation in line with project standards
• Validate and support developments aligned with business requirements
• Identify, manage, and escalate configuration conflicts across projects and systems
• Support test planning, test specification creation, and test data preparation
• Assist with system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and defect resolution
• Support data migration activities and cutover execution
• Provide country-specific and site-specific SAP process expertise where required
• Collaborate across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery
