Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our Software Engineering team. In this role, you will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving complex issues across critical business systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure system reliability and business continuity. Master proficiency in the SAP FICO module is required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Master proficiency in SAP FICO Module (mandatory).

• Expert proficiency in Engineering Support (highly recommended).

• Master proficiency in Application Remediation and IT Troubleshooting (suggested).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detective-like approach to issue resolution.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

• Proven ability to monitor system health and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
