Regional Finance Controller

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of 8 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations.
• Strong English communication skills complemented by advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and cash flow optimization.
• Supervise core accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting.
• Drive pricing initiatives, implement cost management strategies, and conduct financial performance evaluations.
• Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining robust internal controls.
• Partner with operational leaders and senior management to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
