Operation Assistant, Sea Freight Export (Penang)

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication and shipment coordination
• Ensure timely and accurate movement of ocean freight shipments
• Handle booking requests and update shipment status
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, trade, etc.)
• Ensure correct invoicing and documentation
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance with company SOPs

✅ Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years experience
• Basic knowledge of freight forwarding or supply chain is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
