Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Purview SME to lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions within a large enterprise environment. The role requires strong hands-on implementation expertise, technical leadership, and stakeholder management across security, compliance, and information governance initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

·      Strong hands-on Microsoft Purview implementation experience.

·      Expertise in Information Protection, DLP, Endpoint DLP, Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, Data Lifecycle Management, Records Management, eDiscovery, and Audit.

·      Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 services.

·      Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender XDR, Sensitive Information Types, Exact Data Match, and Trainable Classifiers.

·      Strong experience in testing, deployment, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead end-to-end Microsoft Purview implementation activities.

·      Implement Sensitivity Labels, Auto-Labeling, DLP, Endpoint DLP, Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, Records Management, eDiscovery, and Audit capabilities.

·      Configure Purview controls across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 applications.

·      Conduct testing, deployment readiness assessments, validation, and defect resolution.

·      Prepare implementation documentation, technical runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.

·      Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Privacy, Security, Identity, Messaging, and IT teams.
