Guest Sales Associates

• Our client is a company specializing in guest engagement and photography services. The company provides professional photography solutions at tourist attractions and entertainment venues, where team members assist guests, answer inquiries, capture memorable moments, and promote photography products and souvenir packages.

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and promoting products.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn photography techniques.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
• Capture quality photographs using company-provided equipment.
• Present photographs and assist guests in selecting photos and souvenirs.
• Promote and sell photography packages to achieve sales targets.
• Process customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain photography equipment and workstations.
• Follow company SOPs, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
