Requirements

·      Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.

·      At least 6 years of relevant working experience in full stack development.

·      Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar senior development role.

·      Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.js.

·      Thorough understanding of React.js core principles, DOM manipulation, and the JavaScript object model.

·      Experience with React.js workflows and state-management libraries such as Redux or Flux.

·      Solid hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

·      Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.

·      Experience with Oracle, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.

·      Practical experience with Git and/or SVN.

·      Experience with TypeScript.

·      Understanding of server-side rendering and its benefits.

·      Experience with Docker or other containerization tools.

·      Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.

·      Experience with Maven and command-line build scripts is an advantage.

·      Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

·      Excellent attention to detail and commitment to code quality.

·      Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

·      Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·      Familiarity with Agile development using Scrum methodology.

·      Ability to mentor, guide, and review the work of junior developers.

Preferred Experience

·      Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.

·      Experience developing high-volume, enterprise transactional applications.

·      Experience sharing code across multiple platforms.

·      Experience with cross-browser application development.

·      Experience with end-to-end system integration.

 ·  Experience working in environments with formal development standards and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js.

• Build and maintain back-end services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and developers to understand requirements.

• Translate business requirements into clear and practical technical solutions.

• Assess the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Implement appropriate security and data protection measures.

• Troubleshoot, debug, enhance, and upgrade existing software applications.

• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

• Prepare and maintain technical design documents and specifications in accordance with business requirements and Allianz project standards.

• Ensure compliance with system development guidelines, standards, and frontline development processes.

• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and development activities.

• Support end-to-end system integration and enterprise application delivery.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver work within agreed timelines.
