Required Skills

• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling experience.

• Experience in Business Process Design and process transformation.

• Experience working on greenfield S/4HANA implementations.

• Strong understanding of Finance & Controlling business processes.

• Experience in upstream Oil & Gas environments is preferred.

• Experience with data readiness and mock conversion activities.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance & Controlling client deliverables for a greenfield S/4HANA implementation in an upstream oil & gas environment.

• Provide advanced guidance on process improvements and technology integration to enhance business outcomes.

• Shape strategic approaches by collaborating with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.

• Engage proactively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and resolve complex challenges.

• Lead data readiness for respective mock conversions.

• Identify and resolve complex business and cross-functional challenges.

• Contribute to strategic solution design and implementation decisions.
