Face Designer (Mid Valley)
Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring accurate, real-time inventory visibility across all e-commerce channels at country level and to maximize online availability while minimizing stock discrepancies and losses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Omnichannel Inventory Management
- Oversee stock accuracy across OMS, WMS, and SAP (source of truth)
- Lead stock reconciliation cadence: daily sanity checks, weekly discrepancy analysis, monthly resolution before book closing
2. Marketplace Inventory Sync
- Ensure real-time/near-real-time stock updates across all selling platforms via OMS API
- Manage "Fulfilled by Platform" (3P) stock reconciliation: daily stock image, sales, and movement files with Propel
- Ensure inbound traceability with platform partners are available
3. Returns and Claims Management
- Manage consumer returns end-to-end (policy, QC, reintegration/destruction decisions)
- Oversee claims management (inbound discrepancies, theft/loss, shortage penalties)
Required Skills
· Familiar with SAP ECC and S4 system
· Attention to detail with good data analytic skills
· Proactive in problem solving

Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or above
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and customer engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable demonstrating skincare routines and product usage
- Well-groomed with professional appearance and positive attitude
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
