Job Summary

We are looking for an EWF Software Developer to support the Enterprise Workflow (EWF) Platform within a Shared Platform environment. This role is ideal for a developer with experience in workflow and case management applications and a strong foundation in Java-based technologies.

You will work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and technical teams to develop, enhance, maintain, and optimize enterprise workflow solutions using IBM BPM/Case Manager and FileNet technologies.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of IBM BPM/Case Manager and FileNet (Mandatory).
  • Strong proficiency in Java and SQL.
  • Experience with JavaScript, particularly the Dojo Framework.
  • Experience working with Oracle Databases.
  • Understanding of application development in Open Systems environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain workflow and case management applications using IBM BPM/Case Manager and FileNet.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to deliver system enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Design, develop, test, and debug applications using Java, SQL, and JavaScript (Dojo).
  • Support integrations between workflow applications and Oracle databases.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in system testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and code quality requirements.
  • Support ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and optimization of existing applications.
