Position Summary
Provide dedicated operational, commercial, and administrative backfill support to the commercial and business development teams. As commercial directors and team members are incrementally allocated to Project NEO for critical commerce application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment training, this role serves as the vital operational anchor to safeguard business continuity.
Acting as a trusted bridge between daily commercial execution and enterprise transformation, the coordinator absorbs day-to-day sales operations, multi-channel trade support, commercial reporting, and foundational account administration—ensuring business-as-usual momentum remains uninterrupted while core teams drive the digital agenda.
Skills & Profiles
1. Technical Proficiency & Commercial Acumen
Commercial Acumen: Practical understanding of sales administration, commercial processes and workflows, commercial reporting, and basic trade/retail dynamics.
Systems & Data Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data tracking) and familiarity with collaboration platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams).
Organisational Agility: Highly structured with the ability to manage competing priorities, track multiple commercial deliverables simultaneously, and maintain high accuracy under pressure.

Preferred Experience
Professional Background: 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales administration, supply/channel coordination, finance-adjacent administration, or project coordination—ideally within FMCG, retail, beauty, or a fast-paced multinational corporate environment.
Commercial & Channel Exposure: Practical familiarity with commercial concepts such as order-to-cash workflows, distributor/channel management, stock-in/stock-out (SISO) visibility, or commercial reporting.
Financial Acumen: Demonstrated experience handling basic financial administrative tasks.
Systems & Data Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic tracking sheets) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Teams/Planner). Prior exposure to digital workflows software platform enterprise reporting dashboards is a distinct advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with diverse stakeholders (sales, finance, supply chain, and project teams), showing an ability to bridge operational needs with project demands.
Working Requirements
On-Site Presence: Availability to work on-site during training delivery and travel between local offices or training venues when required.
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to adjust working hours during peak periods and support cross-time-zone meetings where necessary.
Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the relevant country or location.

Commercial Continuity: Seamless day-to-day operational support, ensuring commercial managers experience minimal disruption while deployed on Project NEO.
Reporting Timeliness & Accuracy: Delivery of accurate, on-time sales reports and commercial documentation.
