Job Summary

The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with customers, recommending suitable skincare solutions, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.

• Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.

• Apply the brand selling method and service policy.

• Provide beauty advice to customers.

• Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers.

• Showcase consumers’ application techniques and routines (make up, skincare).

• Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.

• Meeting sales target.

• Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.

• Report to Store/Counter Manager any useful information on competitors, consumer complaints and any important event at the point of sales.

• Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or above
• Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or customer service is an advantage
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and customer engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven with customer-oriented mindset
• Comfortable demonstrating skincare routines and product usage
• Well-groomed with professional appearance and positive attitude
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
