Key Competencies:

· Project Finance & POC Accounting Management: Oversee percentage-of-completion (POC) project accounting, analyzing budget vs. actuals, revenue/margin variances, and cash flow dynamics.

· Working Capital Optimization: Drive cash flow efficiency by managing Cost in Excess (CIE), Billed in Excess (BIE), WIP inventory, and past-due A/R reduction processes.

· FP&A & Business Partnership: Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plans (AOP), delivering key KPI reports and presentations to local GM and international leadership (Dubai HQ).

· Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven financial insights, cost-effective project solutions, and continuous process improvements to achieve business targets.

An Ideal Candidate:

· 7+ years of Finance experience with solid FP&A experience in the manufacturing or project-based MNC Companies

· Comprehensive understanding of POC accounting or Project accounting in the manufacturing or project-based MNC Companies

· Professional Business English

· Willing to travel to Incheon factory if required
