About Company:

A European provider of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and automation solutions, specializing in aseptic filling and packaging systems for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide.

Key Competencies:

Ÿ  Perform installation, commissioning, and operator training activities at customer facilities.

Ÿ  Prepare installation, commissioning, training, and pending-action reports.

Ÿ  Act as the main customer contact during installations, identifying and channeling customer requests and requirements.

Ÿ  Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance interventions.

Ÿ  Execute machinery upgrades, retrofits, and technical improvements.

Ÿ  Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.

Ÿ  Prepare detailed service reports following repairs and upgrades, contributing to internal continuous improvement processes.

Ÿ  Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality technical support and professional communication.

Ÿ  Work autonomously while achieving the objectives established by the Customer Service team regarding installations, repairs, and upgrades.

An Ideal Candidate:

Ÿ  Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a comparable field service role.

Ÿ  Experience working with technically sophisticated machinery.

Ÿ  Customer-oriented and good communication abilities.

Ÿ  Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively (she/he will be working remotely) 

Ÿ  Availability for frequent travel.

Ÿ  Good level of English (as the candidate will need to communicate with our headquarters)
