An ideal candidate is a proactive and technically competent Telecom Draftsman who combines strong drafting capabilities with a solid understanding of telecommunications systems in complex industrial environments. The ideal candidate is highly meticulous, capable of producing precise engineering drawings with minimal supervision, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment. They demonstrate a collaborative approach when working with engineers and stakeholders, quickly adapt to project requirements, and consistently deliver high-quality documentation that supports successful project execution. A commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement, along with experience in Oil & Gas telecom infrastructure projects, will contribute significantly to success in this role.

Key Competencies:

We are looking for a candidate who possesses strong technical drafting expertise and hands-on experience in telecommunications systems within the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will support engineering teams in developing accurate, high-quality telecom drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively collaborate with telecom engineers and multidisciplinary project teams while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Telecom Draftsman, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, or Industrial sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting/design software.
• Experience preparing telecom engineering drawings, layouts, schematics, and installation details.
• Working knowledge of telecom systems, including Fiber Optic Networks, Radio Communication Systems, CCTV, PAGA, Telephone, and Data Network Systems.
• Familiarity with international standards, industry codes, and client specifications applicable to telecom engineering projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering design documents, specifications, and technical data sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and document control.
• Experience coordinating with engineering disciplines and project teams to incorporate design updates and revisions.
• Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
