The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of proven experience in PAN India corporate recruitment, Especially Leadership & Middle Management hiring along with an MBA qualification.

1. Corporate recruitment (Leadership & Middle Management hiring)
2. Headhunting and sourcing
3. Offer generation and negotiation
4. Strong stakeholder management
5. Direct interaction with CEO / CXO level stakeholders
6. Team management (2–3 members)
7. Campus recruitment experience not required.
