We are looking for a candidate who

brings a strong blend of financial acumen, analytical thinking, and technology-driven problem-solving capabilities to drive business performance across a diversified global organization. The ideal professional will have extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering, with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights for senior leadership. This role requires someone who can leverage advanced analytical tools and automation techniques to enhance financial reporting, improve decision-making, and support long-term business growth across multiple business verticals.

Key Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA from a reputed institution, coupled with an Engineering degree.
• 5+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 2 years in Finance, FP&A, or Financial Analysis roles.
• Experience within Retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced, multi-business environments is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Expertise in developing advanced financial models for strategic planning and decision support.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Strong command of SQL and working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
• Experience identifying and implementing process automation initiatives within finance functions.
• Ability to perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable business insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
