`1     Sales Order preparation

       2. Collection of dispatch details & invoice preparation

3. Tracking & follow up for material delivery.

4. To apply for & obtain e-way bill.

5. Generation of various reports & submission to      

   Management.

6. Record keeping.

7. To prepare proforma invoices & bank guarantees.

8. To maintain strong communication with factory &

   marketing team.
