An Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and project execution, along with a solid understanding of aerospace standards such as AS9100, AS9102, APQP, machining, special processes, electromechanical assembly, and PCB manufacturing. They should demonstrate exceptional analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, complemented by advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and business intelligence tools. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams, influence suppliers, and deliver results in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
Key Competencies:
We are looking for a candidate with strong project management expertise to lead and coordinate complex work transfer projects within a global supply chain environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking project milestones, ensuring production readiness, conducting technical reviews, and managing first article inspection processes in line with customer and industry requirements. Acting as a key liaison between regional and international stakeholders, the role requires building strong supplier relationships, driving supplier performance improvements, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality, cost, and delivery objectives are consistently achieved.
