QA Lead

An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate will have minimum of 10-13 years of experience in QA (Python with Appium), including leadership experience. This role will play a strategic and leadership role within an Agile, cross-functional team, working closely with Product Stakeholders, UX Designers, Developers, and QA Engineers

Key Competencies:

1.  Deep expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

2.  Strong hands-on experience with test automation (Python, Appium).

3.  Experience designing and scaling automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).

4.  Solid experience testing mobile apps, APIs, integration, E2E, performance, security, and accessibility.

5.  Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing delivery across multiple projects.

6.  Familiarity with modern mobile technologies and tools (Swift, Kotlin, Espresso, XCUITest is a plus).
