An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with deep expertise in supply chain and manufacturing operations, capable of independently leading complex work-transfer projects from planning through execution. They possess solid technical knowledge of aerospace standards—including AS9100, AS9102 (FAI), APQP—and manufacturing processes such as machining, special processes, PCB assembly, and electromechanical builds. Highly analytical and detail-oriented, they ensure production readiness, manage FAI activities, and drive supplier performance through rigorous reviews, risk assessments, and improvement roadmaps. This individual excels at cross-functional collaboration, acting as the key liaison between regional and international supply chain teams while building strong supplier relationships. With strong negotiation skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and proficiency in tools like Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Qlik Sense, they balance assertiveness with diplomacy and thrive in multicultural, shop-floor-to-executive environments. Key Competencies:

• Manage work transfer projects in line with supply chain processes, including project planning, defining deliverables, assigning action owners, and tracking progress
• Review technical requirements, ensure production readiness, and manage first article inspection (FAI) processes in line with customer requirements
• Act as the primary liaison between Regional Supply Chain (India), Asia Supply Chain team (Bangkok), and transition teams
• Conduct risk assessments for new and existing suppliers, including feasibility analysis, business case evaluation, and risk mitigation planning
• Perform regular supplier reviews and ensure supplier quality and on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance
• Build and strengthen supplier relationships through continuous improvement plans and roadmaps
• Lead supplier negotiations and develop recovery plans to address delivery or cost-related concerns
• Drive supplier performance improvement through advanced corrective actions
• Enhance supply chain efficiency by identifying and eliminating process inefficiencies
• Provide regular reporting and manage feedback with internal stakeholders and customers
• Support ongoing improvement of supply chain processes 

Technical Skills:

• Strong project management experience
• Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing operations, and production planning
• Familiarity with Aerospace standards (AS9100, AS9102 - FAI), APQP, machine shop processes, special processing, electromechanical assembly, PCB manufacturing and assembly
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), BI tools such as Qlik Sense, and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
