An Ideal Candidate:

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting tools
• Understanding of retail KPIs (ATV, conversion, productivity, etc.)
• Knowledge of VM standards, audits and stock management

Experience & Qualification

• 4–6 years of experience in retail operations/supervisory roles (beauty/luxury preferred)
• Experience in managing multiple stores/cities or regional roles is highly preferred
• Graduate (preferred)

Preferred Capabilities

• Make-up artistry skills with the ability to demonstrate looks and coach BAs on application techniques
• Strong product knowledge across skincare, fragrance and makeup
• Passion for beauty, grooming and customer experience

• Ability to manage a large geography with multiple stakeholders and doors
• Strong field orientation with willingness to travel extensively within the region
