An Ideal Candidate:

Ideal candidate should be Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience, Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles (Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS), financial consolidation and multi-entity reporting. Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.

Key Competencies:

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indian GAAP / IFRS / Ind AS (as applicable).
2. Perform financial consolidation of multiple entities/business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 
3. Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. 
4. Ensure accurate recording of transactions and account reconciliations (e.g., intercompany, accruals, provisions). 
5. Design, implement, and monitor internal controls over financial reporting and operations; identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements. 
6. Liaise with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely completion of audits with minimal issues. 
7. Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate financial insights and historical trends. 
8. Maintain documentation and SOPs for all finance processes in accordance with internal control requirements. 
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, legal, procurement) to support financial decision-making. 
10. Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
