About Company:

This is a greenfield project opportunity where you will have the chance to build the HR & IR framework, establish talent pipelines, drive large-scale workforce hiring, and shape the people strategy for a rapidly scaling manufacturing opera

An Ideal Candidate:

15+ years of experience in HR & Industrial Relations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Strong track record in bulk hiring from ITI and Diploma colleges.

Hands-on experience hiring ITI Fitters and ITI Electricians.

Experience managing 1,000–2,000 employees/workforce in a manufacturing setup.

Strong exposure to contract labour management, labour compliance, wage verification, and vendor management.

Experience with apprenticeship programs and building institutional relationships.

Good understanding of manufacturing processes and fabrication.

Experience dealing with foreign customers, customer audits, and compliance audits.

Excellent/fluent English communication skills are essential.

Key Competencies:

Drive end-to-end bulk hiring of blue-collar employees, particularly ITI Fitters, ITI Electricians, and Diploma holders.

Build strong talent pipelines through ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, Skill Development Centers, and apprenticeship programs.

Lead manpower planning and workforce deployment for a growing plant workforce of 1,000+ employees.

Manage labour contractors, including workforce deployment, wage verification, vendor compliance, and statutory requirements.
