About Company:

A leading financial services organization specializing in fixed income, government securities, debt markets, and treasury solutions, serving institutional and retail clients across India.

An Ideal Candidate:

  • Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, MBA, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in equity cash and F&O trading with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, AIF/PMS, or broking firms.
  • Mandatory NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives certification.
  • Hands-on experience trading on NSE/BSE.
  • Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, RBI/SEBI regulations, and trading strategies.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, trading terminals, and MS Excel.
  • CFA, CA, FRM, or CMT certification is an added advantage.

Key Competencies:

  1. Execute equity cash and F&O trades.
  2. Manage the equity trading portfolio and investment positions.
  3. Analyze market trends and identify trading opportunities.
  4. Prepare daily market updates and trade reports.
  5. Follow RBI, SEBI, and internal compliance guidelines.
  6. Monitor trading risk and maintain required limits.
  7. Maintain trade records and support audits.
