An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will perform key accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and collaborating with internal and external auditors. The role requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software and reporting tools

Key Competencies:

1.  Prepare and post journal entries for provisions, adjustments, inventory, payroll, and other accounting areas

2.  Reconcile priority balance sheet accounts before uploading Trial Balance into the consolidation tool (Cognos)

3.  Prepare preliminary financial statements and provide variance commentary

4.  Collaborate with Financial Reporting Managers (FRM) and Business Leaders to finalize financials

5.  Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary support and explanations

6.  Maintain confidentiality regarding employees, clients, and vendors
