What You'll Be Doing
Designing and developing enterprise-scale Java applications and RESTful services.
Building scalable, secure, and high-performing microservices.
Contributing to architecture and technical design decisions.
Working across the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.
Supporting CI/CD and DevOps initiatives within a cloud-based environment.
Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and fellow engineers.
Driving software quality through automation, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
Mentoring less experienced developers and contributing to technical leadership within the team.
Identifying opportunities for process and platform improvements.
Technical Environment

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills
8+ years of enterprise-level Java development experience.
Strong expertise with Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot.
Experience building RESTful services and distributed applications.
Strong Oracle database skills, including PL/SQL and complex query development.
Experience working with microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work effectively within globally distributed teams.
Nice to Have
Experience within Financial Services, Investment Management, Capital Markets, or FinTech.
Exposure to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
AWS cloud experience.
Experience with event-driven architectures and enterprise messaging platforms.
Previous experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
