Facilities & Workplace Project Manager - 6 Month Contract

My client is a leading organisation within Ireland's critical energy infrastructure sector, with a significant corporate presence in Dublin. Following recently announced plans for substantial team growth over the coming years, the organisation is expanding its existing Dublin office footprint to support this growth.
As part of this expansion, they are undertaking a significant workplace and office transformation project, including the integration and fit-out of additional office space adjacent to their existing premises.
They are now looking for an experienced Facilities & Real Estate Project Manager to take ownership of this project and support the organisation through the planning, design and delivery phases over an initial 6-month contract.
The Role
You'll manage the delivery of workplace, facilities and real estate projects, from planning through to implementation. This will include office expansion, fit-outs, workplace transformation and space optimisation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with minimal disruption.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end facilities and real estate projects.
* Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and risk registers.
* Lead workplace space planning, occupancy analysis and seating plans.
* Create and maintain floor plans using AutoCAD/CAD.
* Coordinate workplace moves and change management activities.
* Manage stakeholders across Facilities, IT, HR, Security, Procurement and external contractors.
* Manage vendors and suppliers throughout project delivery.
* Monitor budgets, risks, timelines and project performance.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and workplace standards.
* Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services or Workplace Transformation.
* Strong project management experience, including budgeting, planning and risk management.
* Experience delivering projects within a large corporate environment.
* Strong workplace planning and space management experience.
* Advanced AutoCAD/CAD experience.
* Experience with office expansions, fit-outs, workplace redesign or space optimisation.
* Strong stakeholder, change management and contractor management skills.
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
* Relevant degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related discipline is preferred.
