• Strong medical knowledge and understanding of the medical channel (fresh graduate are welcome to apply!)
• Ability to read and analyze medical journals.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of medical channel trends and social media platforms.
• Strong network/relationships with HCPs and medical stakeholders.

• Develop and execute medical channel strategies and activation plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive HCP engagement, medical activation, and channel performance.
• Lead medical events, including Wound Care Academy and First Aid Conference.
• Provide medical insights to support new product development, registration, claims, and HCP communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Deliver product and medical training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SNCM, Digital, Ecommerce, and Sales teams.
• Oversee pharmacovigilance, product complaints, and medical/claim validation.
