Our client is an international luxury fashion brand and is currently seeking a high-caliber candidate to join their Customer Service team within the Wholesale department in Hong Kong.

 


Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service and sales order administration experience within the fashion industry.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Competent in Excel, Powerpoint and SAP

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end sales order administration across internal teams (Customer Service and Logistics) and external parties (franchisees and partners) to ensure accurate fulfillment according to customer requirements.
  • Assist with wholesale order changes by processing amendments in OET, SAP, and the EDI system.
  • Oversee order management, including bulk orders, invoicing, dispatch arrangements, and ongoing shipment tracking.
  • Support order confirmations and manage updates related to price lists and replenishment schedules.
  • Reallocate orders as stock is reassigned to alternate customer locations.
  • Generate order reporting from SAP and compile/update export-ready reports in Excel for customer communication.
  • Create and maintain customer composition files using SAP and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
  • Track warehouse activities to ensure timely shipping and that all packing requirements, roles, and certificates are correctly applied.
  • Manage aftersales claims, including component flow monitoring and coordination of quality-issue resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, especially Finance, as well as global customers and partners.
  • Provide additional sales administration support, including new customer account setup and payment request handling.
