Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams of 10-15 employees.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Commercially minded with a track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 employees to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Drive store sales performance, productivity, and profitability against business targets.
• Ensure outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service standards.
• Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and retain top retail talent.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results.
