Store Manager (Full-time) | Premium Women's Fashion Brand

Join a renowned premium women's fashion brand and take the lead in driving store success while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Location: Causeway Bay
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week
• Rest Days: 8 days per month
• Salary: Up to HK$30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in fashion retail, with prior supervisory or store management experience
• Experience with premium, luxury, or designer fashion brands is preferred
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the Hong Kong retail market
• Fluent in Cantonese and English
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional styling advice
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
• Oversee visual merchandising, inventory management, and stock control
• Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld
