Solution Analyst - Cooling & Energy Projects

Our client is a Well-Known Public Utilities based In Hong Kong, and they are looking for a Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of cooling, battery energy management and other digital solutions.
• Gather user requirements and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Support system integration, testing & commissioning, troubleshooting and post-implementation support and occasional on-site activities as required.
• Analyze operational data from cooling and energy management systems to identify trends, insights and improvement opportunities.
• Research emerging technologies, support the evaluation of technology solutions, vendor proposals and new business requirements.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress and support successful project delivery.
• Prepare solution presentations, reports and other supporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in HVAC, chilled water systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation or energy management.
• Good understanding of chilled water systems and BMS controls, familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within HK and the Greater Bay Area (GBA) for meetings, site visits and project support activities.
• Experience in energy efficiency or cooling plant optimization is an advantage.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis or digital solution implementation is an advantage.
