Senior QA Specialist

A large European retailer, they specialize in an array of products from apparel, accessories, home decor, to consumer electronics, health & beauty, F&B and more.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a Quality Assurance/QC/Engineer position
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Supply Chain or related
• Strong technical knowledge of SDA, consumer electronics, power tools will have an advantage
• Experience in a 3rd party testing lab or other European retailer is a distinct advantage
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A team player, good communication and collaboration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Liaise on issues and product requirements related to the 3rd party laboratory testing in Europe, Asia and USA
• Support the Quality Assurance, Merchandising and Production Team on all product and quality requirements
• Manage the QA process of your team to ensure product certification, testing reports, inspection of products are completed within the agreed timeline
• Follow up with external labs to resolve the quotation or testing issues
• Conduct proof checks on artwork used for labeling, manuals and packaging
• Suggest ideas for product improvements and present them to relevant stakeholders
• Travel will be required infrequently
