Requirements

  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of leasing experience gained from shopping malls, commercial properties, or property developers.
  • Hands-on experience in leasing administration, lease negotiation, tenant relations, and market research.
  • Experience in large-scale shopping malls is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong retail market trends and major retail/F&B operators.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental income targets for a large-scale shopping mall.
  • Manage leasing activities including tenant sourcing, lease renewal, tenancy negotiations, and lease administration.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing tenants and identify opportunities to enhance tenant retention.
  • Prospect and approach potential tenants across retail, F&B, lifestyle, entertainment, and service sectors.
  • Conduct market research and analyze retail trends, competitor activities, and tenant performance.
  • Support tenant mix planning initiatives to strengthen the mall's positioning and customer appeal.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Property Management teams on tenant fit-out, store openings, promotions, and mall events.
  • Prepare leasing proposals, reports, market intelligence, and presentations for management review.
  • Monitor tenancy agreements and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
