Sales Associate / Senior Sales - Luxury Retail Brand

• Deliver personalized client service, offering styling advice aligned with brand identity
• Drive sales performance and conversion through proactive customer engagement
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships (CRM and repeat business)
• Handle high customer traffic while ensuring service quality and attention to detail
• Support daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising and stock management

• Solid experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW), preferably within luxury or premium retail
• Energetic, approachable, and confident in engaging clients through small talk
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on conversion and client satisfaction
